Bountiful Harvest

ALL tickets (sold and unsold) need to be turned in by THIS Friday.  Any that are unsold we will still need to sell, so if you have a few that you know you can sell, please let the school office know.  Otherwise, we will need the rest to ensure that we get them sold. Currently, we have sold 232 tickets and have 268 tickets still out.


Garden Club Fundraiser

Don’t forget that the Garden Club is selling Dutch Mill Bulbs to raise money for landscaping expenses.  All orders are due this Thursday.  There is an order form in the school office if you would like to take a look,

or get with any Garden Club member.

Order forms are in your family folders today.  ALL orders need to be turned in to the office by October 17th.

Parent/Teacher Conferences are next week.  Please be sure to turn in your conference time sheet.  We will do our best to get your conference scheduled with what works for you.  Your confirmed time will be sent home on Thursday.

Jewelry Making

St. Mary’s Art Program will have jewelry making opportunities for students, friends, family, parishioners, and the community.  Joy Wright and Christi McClain will be hosting this jewelry making event.  We will have four dates to attend beginning October 17 & 24, November 7 & 14, 2013.  Classes will be held at St. Mary’s School in the art room from 3:35pm-5:30pm.  Cost will be $20.00 per class or $15.00 each, if you sign up for more than 2 classes.  Participants must be third grade and older to attend.  We will be creating a variety of jewelry pieces.  Gifts for Christmas or for yourself, come and join us for this fun and exciting opportunity to learn how to create something unique.  Please contact Christi McClain at 712-0269 or call the school office to reserve your spot, limited to twelve participants per class.
