Our philosophy of class organization borders on multi-age grouping. We strive to have different age groups of children working together at various times because it supports the Christian value of helping others. Therefore, it is common to see older and younger children working or playing together.

Students have commented that with small class sizes each student gets more attention and it becomes very difficult for any student to get "lost". Some students have said that they feel comfortable "being themselves" without the fear of ridicule. In time, staff members and students know every student in every class and the atmosphere becomes one of "family".

All of our graduates know that our interest in their joys and sorrows does not end when they leave St. Mary's. They are always welcome to come "home" to share their accomplishments or receive our support.
